We are delighted to present ‘Taste of Japan’ at Carousel, our award-winning buffet restaurant. From 25 October to 3 November 2024, embark on a vibrant culinary journey through the authentic fresh flavours of Japan, curated by our Carousel Chefs.
Additionally, diners will have the opportunity to witness the tuna march-in and cutting ceremony on the opening night. An event to kick off the celebration of Japan’s rich food and culture!
Our exclusive menu features a delightful array of dishes, each meticulously crafted to showcase the finest ingredients and authentic culinary techniques. From a luxury spread of crustaceans to comforting classics and Japanese fusions, this menu offers an extensive array of Japanese dishes to delight every palate.
Opening Night Only
To celebrate the grand opening night, the evening will begin with an exhilarating Taiko Drum Performance, leading into the impressive Tuna March In. Traditional Japanese Dance followed, adding cultural elegance to the event. The energy heightened with a surprise Mamushi Flash Mob, before culminating in the dramatic Tuna Cutting ceremony, showcasing our chef’s culinary skills in preparing fresh tuna.
