Reservation at Carousel
Q: Are the dates I have selected available? Yes, only dates that are available for selection will be displayed during the reservation process.

Q: How far in advance can we make a booking? Online bookings can be made three months in advance.

Q: How can I review and/or modify my reservation before it has been submitted? You can select "Modify Booking" to review or modify your reservation prior to submitting your reservation online.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation? Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided within 24 hours after you have made your reservation and submitted credit card details.

Q: How can I cancel or amend my booking? Reservation amendments and cancellations can be made via the link in the reservation email. Carousel reserves the right to charge a no show charge of 50%.

Q: Can I book a specific table at the restaurant? We reserve the right to assign seats. All requests are subject to availability.

Q: How many diners are allowed to dine together at a table?  Each table will be limited to two or five diners, depending on vaccination status, from 19 July to 8 August 2021. Babies and toddlers are considered in the headcount based on the guidelines by Enterprise Singapore. Unvaccinated guests will be allowed to dine out only alone or in pairs. Fully vaccinated guests will be able to dine out in groups of five. A guest is considered fully-vaccinated two weeks after receiving two doses of either the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines. Vaccinated status will be verified through individual guests’ TraceTogether app or Singapore Ministry of Health’s physical vaccination card. Unvaccinated guests with a valid negative pre-event test result may join in groups of five. Guests who are not able to produce proof of vaccinated status or pre-event test result will not be allowed to dine-in in a group of 3 and above. Gatherings of more than 5 individuals are not allowed on the hotel premises, in compliance with local authorities’ Safe Management Measures.

Q: Can my company apply for corporate rates with Carousel? You can enjoy 25% off food bill at Carousel with a minimum purchase of 10 vouchers.

Q: How long will Carousel hold my table? Please be informed that we will be holding the table for 15 minutes.

Q: Do you charge for food wastage? While enjoying Carousel’s signature buffet, please order what you can consume to reduce food waste. Unconsumed food is chargeable.

Q: Can I bring food into the restaurant? Kindly note that no outside food can be brought into the restaurant.

Q: Do you have options for specific food allergies (e.g. gluten, nuts, dairy, seafood etc.) available at the buffet? Due to the volume of ingredients that our kitchens handle, we are unable to guarantee that our dishes are free of allergens.

Q: Are there vegetarian options available at the buffet? Vegetarian dishes are available however, the options are limited and dependent on the person’s dietary requirement. The buffet spread includes salad and fruits station and vegetarian dishes at the Indian selection.

Q: Are there parking lots cars or motorcycles?  Our carpark is closed from now till 8 August 2021. The nearest parking facility is available at Pacific Plaza or Shaw Centre. Carousel is only accessible through the hotel's main entrance.

Q: Which payment modes are accepted?  Cash-less payments are encouraged. Diners can enjoy 20% off food bill when payment is made via PayNow or credit card from selected bank partners.
