Reservation at Carousel
  • Q: Are the dates I have selected available? Yes, only dates that are available for selection will be displayed during the reservation process.
  • Q: How far in advance can we make a booking? Online bookings can be made three months in advance.
  • Q: How can I review and/or modify my reservation before it has been submitted? You can select "Modify Booking" to review or modify your reservation prior to submitting your reservation online.
  • Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation? Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided within 24 hours after you have made your reservation and submitted credit card details.
  • Q: How can I cancel or amend my booking? Reservation amendments and cancellations can be made via the link in the reservation email. Carousel reserves the right to charge a no show charge of 50%.
  • Q: Can I book a specific table at the restaurant? We reserve the right to assign seats. All requests are subject to availability.
  • Q: How many diners are allowed to dine together at a table? Based on the latest regulations, there will no longer be a limit on dining group sizes. Table capacity and seating arrangement is subject to change at the restaurant's discretion. From 14 Feb 2022, a guest is considered fully-vaccinated on receiving a booster vaccination after completing the primary vaccination series (i.e two doses of mRNA or three doses of the Sinovac, Sinopharm vaccine). From 15 March 2022, any unvaccinated child aged 12 years and below (i.e. born in or after 2010) can be included within a group entering premises or participating in activities with Vaccination-Differentiated SMMs (VDS). These children need not be from the same household.
  • Q: Can my company enjoy corporate rates at Carousel? You can enjoy 20% off food bill at Carousel with a minimum purchase of 30 vouchers.
Dining at Carousel
  • Q: How long will Carousel hold my table? Please be informed that we will be holding the table for 15 minutes.
  • Q: Do you charge for food wastage? While enjoying Carousel’s buffet, please take from the buffet lines what you can consume to reduce food waste. Unconsumed food is chargeable.
  • Q: Can I bring food into the restaurant? Kindly note that no outside food can be brought into the restaurant.
  • Q: Do you have options for specific food allergies (e.g. gluten, nuts, dairy, seafood etc.) available at the buffet? Due to the volume of ingredients that our kitchens handle, we are unable to guarantee that our dishes are free of allergens.
  • Q: Are there vegetarian options available at the buffet? Vegetarian dishes are available however, the options are limited and dependent on the person’s dietary requirement. The buffet spread includes salad and fruits station and vegetarian dishes at the Indian selection.
  • Q: Are there parking lots for cars or motorcycles?  Yes! Complimentary parking is provided for our diners at the hotel car park. Please approach our Carousel Chief Experience Officer for a parking coupon.
  • Q: Which payment modes are accepted?  Cash-less payments are encouraged. Diners can enjoy 15% off food bill when payment is made via PayNow or credit card from selected bank partners.
