Get ready to savour Brunei’s vibrant and authentic flavours as Carousel presents “Taste of Brunei at Carousel.” This exclusive three-day event celebrates Brunei’s 41st National Day with an unforgettable showcase of traditional dishes crafted to bring the country’s rich culinary heritage to life.

We are also thrilled to welcome two guest chefs from the Royal Brunei Culinary, Chef Nortini and Chef Amirah, they will bring their expertise to the table and further enhance the authentic dining experience.  The chefs will also prepare delectable desserts using recipes from Junjung Majestic Brunei, renowned for its exquisite patisserie. Highlights include Kek Lapis, a multi-layered traditional cake, and Dry Kuih, a selection of baked delicacies. From bold spices to traditional desserts, each dish celebrates Brunei’s diverse food culture.
