Hidden Table, a Carousel Collection: Booking Policies

Thank you for your reservation, and we look forward to guiding you into the shadows and unveiling a world where your senses lead the way. Please take note of the following
important details:

 

Booking Policy: 

  • Online reservations are available for parties of 2 to 24 guests. For larger groups or special occasions, please contact us directly at 6589 7755 / thehiddentable@royalplaza.com.sg
  • Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
  • Seating arrangements are assigned based on group size and Hidden Table layout to ensure an optimal dining experience. While we hope guests feel relaxed and comfortable at Hidden Table, please note that hotel slippers, slippers, and flip flops are not permitted.

Complimentary Parking: 

  • Enjoy complimentary parking at the hotel car park, capped at $12, for the duration of your dining experience.

Arrival and Late Policy: 

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation at Palm Café, located on level 5 of Royal Plaza on Scotts, to ensure a smooth start to your experience.

Do take note: 

  • As this is an immersive experience, entry into the new world will close 30 minutes after your reserved time. If you miss this window, you may need to join the next session (subject to availability) or reschedule for another day.
  • If you’re running late, contact us immediately.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • Credit Card Authorisation: To secure your reservation, please provide valid credit card information.  No charges will be made at the time of booking; the card serves as a guarantee.
  • Secure Storage: Credit card information is securely stored via a trusted payment gateway and is not accessible to the restaurant staff.
  • Modification & Cancellation: Any changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Adjustments can be made via the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
  • Charges for No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Late cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the reservation time or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% from the total bill per guest, which will be applied to the credit card provided or may result in restrictions on future bookings.
  • Guest Count Changes: Please inform us of any decrease in the number of guests at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in charges based on the original number of guests booked.

Payment and Pricing: 

  • Pricing is per person and is subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  • Any additional charges (e.g., beverages not included) will be billed separately.

Special Requests, Dietary Needs and Allergen Information:

  • Our dishes may contain traces of nuts, dairy, gluten and other potential allergens.
  • For allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Health & Safety: 

  • Use the provided hand sanitisers before entering the dining area.
  • Violation of health/safety guidelines may result in the refusal of service.
  • Lockers will be available to store all personal belongings before entering the dining area.

Right of Refusal: 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations due to misuse of the system, disruptive behaviour, or at our discretion.

Accessibility: 

  • Stair-free access is available at both the hotel’s main entrance and the Level 5 carpark entrance to Palm Café. For convenience, guests with limited mobility or elderly guests are encouraged to use either of these drop-off points.

Privacy Policy: 

  • Your personal data will be used solely for managing your reservation and internal service improvements. Please review our Privacy Policies  for full details.

Others: 

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
