What You Need to Know

Thank you for your reservation at Carousel! We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable dining experience. Please take note of the following important details:

Booking Policy:

  • Online reservations are available for parties of 2 to 30 guests. For larger groups or special occasions, please contact us directly at 62193780 / carousel@royalplaza.com.sg
  • Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS.
  • Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated based on availability. However, seating priority is given to confirmed reservations.
  • Seating arrangements are assigned based on group size and restaurant layout to ensure an optimal dining experience.
  • While we hope guests feel relaxed and comfortable at Carousel, please note that hotel slippers, slippers, and flip flops are not permitted. A smart-casual dress code is advised.
  • Please be advised that balloons and the rearrangement of furniture are strictly prohibited.

Complimentary Parking:

  • Enjoy complimentary parking at the hotel car park, capped at $12, for the duration of your dining experience.

Arrival and Late Policy:

  • Please arrive on time for your reservation. We allow a 15-minute grace period. After this, your table may be released to walk-in guests.
  • If you’re running late, contact us immediately. Late arrivals may result in shortened dining time or cancellation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • Credit Card Authorisation: To confirm bookings of 8 guests or more, valid credit card details are required. No charges will be made at the time of booking, the card serves as a guarantee.
  • Secure Storage: Credit card information is securely stored via a trusted payment gateway and is not accessible to the restaurant staff.
  • Modification & Cancellation: Any changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Adjustments can be made via the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
  • Charges for No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Late cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the reservation time or no-shows may incur a charge of $30 per guest, which will be applied to the credit card provided or may result in restrictions on future bookings.
  • Guest Count Changes: Please inform us of any decrease in the number of guests at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in charges based on the original number of guests booked.

Payment and Pricing:

  • Buffet pricing is per person and subject to taxes and service charges where applicable.
  • Any additional charges (e.g., beverages not included in buffet) will be billed separately.
Special Requests and Dietary Needs
  • While we aim to offer a variety of dishes, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items at all times.
  • For allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when booking and speak with a staff member upon arrival.
Kids’ Pricing:
  • Children aged 4-11 years old enjoy special pricing. Proof of age may be requested.
  • Children must be supervised at all times and should not approach buffet stations without an adult.
Health & Safety:
  • Use the provided hand sanitisers before accessing the buffet.
  • Please use the serving gear provided for each dish. Avoid using bare hands.
  • Violation of health/safety guidelines may result in the refusal of service.
Right of Refusal:
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations due to misuse of the system, disruptive behaviour, or at our discretion.
Menu Variations:
  • Our menu offerings are subject to change based on ingredient availability.
Allergen Information:
  • Our dishes may contain traces of nuts, dairy, gluten and other potential allergens.
Pricing:
  • All prices are subject to service charges and prevailing government taxes.
Accessibility:
  • Stair-free access is available only at the hotel’s main entrance. Guests with limited mobility, elderly guests, or those with strollers are encouraged to be dropped off at the main entrance for easy access.

Others:

  • Kindly take note that Carousel does not allow any raffle draws, speeches, or gaming activities inside the restaurant.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
