We are also thrilled to welcome two guest chefs from the Royal Brunei Culinary, Chef Nortini and Chef Amirah, they will bring their expertise to the table and further enhance the authentic dining experience. The chefs will also prepare delectable desserts using recipes from Junjung Majestic Brunei, renowned for its exquisite patisserie. Highlights include Kek Lapis, a multi-layered traditional cake, and Dry Kuih, a selection of baked delicacies. From bold spices to traditional desserts, each dish celebrates Brunei’s diverse food culture.
