Reservation at Carousel

Q: Are the dates I have selected available? Yes, only dates that are available for selection will be displayed during the reservation process.

Q: How far in advance can we make a booking? Online bookings can be made three months in advance. Any reservations beyond three months have to be made via email to the Carousel Reservations team.

Q: How can I review and/or modify my reservation before it has been submitted? You can select "Modify Booking" to review or modify your reservation prior to submitting your reservation online.

Q: Can I pay for another guest's reservation (a friend, family member or co-worker, etc.) with my credit card? Yes, you may pay for another guest's reservation with your credit card. Please email us to make the necessary arrangements.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation? Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided within 24 hours after you have made your reservation. Please note that the booking process is only completed after you have clicked "CONFIRMED".

Q: How can I cancel or amend my booking? Cancellations and/or amendments must be made 48 hours before the actual date and time of the reservation and can be made via email to the Carousel Reservations team.

Q: Can I book a specific table at the restaurant? We reserve the right to assign seats. All requests are subject to availability.

Q: I'm making a reservation for a big group. How do I go about doing this? Group bookings are allowed for a maximum of 5 persons.

Q: Can my company apply for corporate rates with Carousel? Corporate rates are not available at Carousel. Alternatively, you may refer to the ongoing promotions and credit card promotions we have.
Dining at Carousel

Q: How long will Carousel hold my table? Please be informed that we will be holding the table for 15 minutes.

Q: Can I bring food into the restaurant? Kindly note that no outside food can be brought into the restaurant.

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol into the restaurant? Yes, you may bring your own alcohol into the restaurant. Corkage charges may apply. Please refer to here for more information.

Q: Do you have options for specific food allergies (e.g. gluten, nuts, dairy, seafood etc.) available at the buffet? Due to the volume of ingredients that our kitchens handle, we are unable to guarantee that our dishes are free of allergens.

Q: Are there vegetarian options available at the buffet?Vegetarian options are limited and dependent on the person’s dietary requirement. The buffet spread includes salad and fruits station and vegetarian dishes at the Indian selection.

Q: How much is the parking tariff  for cars or motorcycles? Enjoy free parking when you dine in at Carousel! Just request for the parking coupon from our helpful staff upon payment.
